With the customer’s consent, data can be disclosed to common partners of the customer and Posivento Oy for the delivery of products and services ordered by the customer.

Principles of Register Security
Manual Materials
Data is not stored in physical copies except for accounting records, which are only accessible to designated employees of Posivento Oy and the accountant, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Electronic data is protected by a firewall. Only specifically designated employees of Posivento Oy have access to register data. Employees are identified by usernames and passwords. Data is treated as confidential and should not be disclosed to anyone other than those who require it for their work and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Right of Inspection and Objection
The data subject has the right to inspect what information concerning them is stored in the personal data register. A written request for inspection should be sent, signed, to the person responsible for register matters.
